Very rude staff!

It was a comfortable stay on holidays. The stuff was extraordinarily friendly every time I needed help. The hotel was in a comfortable location, close enough to Port Douglas town center. And it was also so close to the beach which is fine a nice stroll if the weather is good, 4 mile beach and the centre of town, and Port Douglas marina. I loved the authentic cuisine served in the authentic restaurant. No complaints, the venue exceeded high expectations.

I was offered a room with pleasant views onto a tropical garden. The beds were extremely comfy, good pool area.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. The place was STRAIGHTFORWARD and spotless. Beautiful building and rooms with bright decoration.

Silent and modern hotel with responsive stuff on the phone to management, everything was really good. The check in was easy, the room was a nice size and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed and a beautifully maintained garden, as for instance. The location was central, easy to cafe etc.

Location: the hotel was so close to Four mile beach, Port and downtown and the harbour. A double room with nice underwater pictures was the best.

There were too low beds.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although not very close to the town centre, it wasn't far at all and we enjoyed the walk. The swimming pool and sun terrace were lovely places to relax, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to choose from. Additionally, the room amenities such as the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated.

Silent hotel with nice pool. Nice and unbeatable location to the busier area, easy to get around. Based so close to port douglas and 4 mile beach, a creek in another town and restaurants. Authentic restaurant with light cuisine.

I didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely go again. All the employees were pretty friendly and smiled at me.

Not one thing.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are very reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with each room having its own unique theme. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The basic amenities provided are more than satisfactory, and the beds in the rooms are incredibly comfortable.

All aspects of this hotel were exceptional, nothing to improve.

The rooms are well-equipped and themed with very clean beds and smoke detectors. The venue is placed in a central position to travel to tourist attractions.

The staff were amicable, excellent, would definitely book here again.
